Last Drop Pub & Brewery in Perth WA offers you the following locally brewed beers:

• Brewhouse Pilsener (4.8% alc/vol) is our Bohemian-style lager
• Brewhouse Light (3.5% alc/vol) is our low alcohol beer with full flavour and amber in colour
• Brewhouse Dark (4.5% alc/vol) is a typical German-style dark lager, almost black in colour
• Brewhouse Wheat (4.8% alc/vol) is a true Bavarian-style wheat beer with very little bitterness

All our beers are made nearby at the Last Drop Brewery’s Bedfordale facility, under the watchful eye of Czech born master brewer Jan Bruckner. The brewing process used dates back to 1516 when the Bavaria monarch William declared only malt, hops and water could be used to make beer. This was done to ensure purity and taste.

We have maintained this method to maintain this time honoured German tradition. Using only premium ingredients, no sugar or other supplements are added during the brewing of Last Drop beer.

It takes several weeks to brew the beer. Once barrelled, it’s then taken the Last Drop Pub & Brewery to mature on site. You can watch it while you drink and eat!
